Tasks

-Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to support underwriting assumptions and discover new investment opportunities. Maintain proprietary market reports and internal database of property sales and lease comparables. -Due Diligence: Support transaction due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions and dispositions. Review due diligence materials and present findings to Senior Management. -Asset Management: Support asset management functions, interact with investment committee, property management, leasing, and accounting teams. Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision-making and update valuations of existing assets quarterly. -Financial Analysis & Presentation: Underwrite potential acquisition and development opportunities, prepare cash flow models, property valuations, and investment analyses. Assist in preparing deal memorandum for investment committee review.
