Tasks

-May be required to assume full control, including decision-making authority in the absence of the Accommodation Manager, ensuring continuity of service and operational efficiency. -Occasional travel may be required. -Conjunction with the Accommodation Manager has responsibility for the operations and day-to-day running of the site following EPIISOD policies and procedures. -Ensure that quality and service within the site is maintained to agreed standards, with consideration made to the site's residents, visitors, and primary stakeholders. -Oversee the day-to-day site operations, taking ownership of key operational areas, such as resident engagement, compliance, maintenance coordination, and staff support whilst supporting the broader accommodation function and contributing to key administrative and management functions. -Reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager of the site, the Assistant Accommodation Manager will ensure the site is achieving its business objectives in all areas and the delivery of day-to-day operations of the site.

To lead this exciting project, we are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Accommodation Manager to oversee the entire journey from pre-opening strategy to full-scale operations. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of launching a best-in-class student living experience under a new brand and shaping a dynamic team from the ground up. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as database management systems such as StarRez. -Minimum 5 years' experience in operational management within student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar residential sector. -Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. -Current 'Working with Children' Check. -Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, coordinate teams, and build strong relationships at all levels. -Current National Police Check. -Mature, confident, and highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills. -A degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
