The Role

Overview

Provides executive-level project admin, accounting, and coordination support for HDR projects.

Tasks

-Work closely with multiple executives, Project Managers, and project teams -Work with complex contracts and sub-agreements -Take responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions -Exercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functions -Compose and develop correspondence and complex reports -Schedule, organize, and participate in project reviews -Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence -Answer questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelines -Work closely with the Project Mangers to prepare project schedules in Microsoft Projects or P6 -Manage project insurance matters for both subs and HDR -Ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as needed -Manage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and records -Organize and coordinate meetings, and develop presentations -Manage project documents and files -Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assurance -Track and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedules

-Exhibit professionalism with clients and corporate executives -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Work independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential information -Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience -A minimum of 3 years related experience -Good communication and planning skills -Associate degree, Bachelor's degree -6-10 years of project accounting and administration experience in many of the roles described above -Experience with Oracle products
