Capstone Americas is partnered with a global construction consultancy seeking an experienced Project Management leader to join their San Francisco office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with the autonomy to grow the business in California and develop new client relationships across both existing and new sectors.

  • Experience in education sector projects is highly desirable, but strong commercial or mixed-use project experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record in winning and managing complex projects.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Established network in San Francisco and across California; strong connections with potential clients are essential.
  • Ability to identify opportunities in new sectors or with new clients for growth.
