-Experienced professional with 8+ years’ experience in a HR related function, with relevant employee engagement experience. -Experience of leading and influencing high performing teams in changing circumstances -Experienced professional with experience of defining and implementing employee experience programmes. -Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective employee engagement solutions. -Strong relationship management expertise, able to build and maintain challenging relationships with confidence and authority. -Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, demonstrate resilience and be comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. -Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour, Occupational Psychology or a related field desirable. -Empathetic, sensitive and with sound judgment, able to act with discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
