What You Bring

- Highly developed skills in presenting complex, sensitive, and contentious information to senior management and large staff groups, with proven negotiation and influencing capabilities. - Significant, demonstrable experience as a Change/Transformation Consultant or Senior HR Business Partner, specifically managing large-scale organisational change within a complex public sector. Trade Union consultation and negotiation experience. - Strong practical knowledge of change management methodologies and project management principles (e.g. PRINCE2). - Detailed understanding of governance and HR policies (Agenda for Change), including the application of change management in a clinical setting.
