Overview

Inspect and maintain wood utility poles, perform repairs, and ensure safety.

Tasks

-Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals. -Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment. -Complete routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles

What You Bring

-OCCASIONAL(up to 33%): stooping, kneeling, squatting, body-twisting, sense-of-touch, manual-dexterity, lifting to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs., lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, carrying, lifting, range-of-motion, reaching -Mechanically inclined and experience with a variety of tools preferred but not required. -RARE(less than 10%): squatting, depth-perception, color-vision, crawling, pushing, pulling, seeing distant, climbing ladders, balancing, gripping -CONTINUOUS(up to 100%): seeing, reading, hearing-speech-range, speaking clearly -High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. -All job offers are subject to pre-employment drug screening and a background check. -Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas. -Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures. -Must be 18 years of age or older. -FREQUENT(up to 66%): standing, walking, sitting -Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check. -Driver License Preferred but not required. -Unless otherwise noted, we do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
