Overview
Design interior spaces, create documentation, and manage projects for workplace clients.

Tasks
-Work on multiple teams and support concurrent projects in varying phases of project delivery -Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation -Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction -Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting -Responsible for Construction Documentation and Construction Administration, supporting the delivery of the project design intent -Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts -Manage external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators

What You Bring
-Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must) -Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas -Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications -NCIDQ certified preferred -Proficient with Revit, SketchUp, 3D, Enscape, and other modeling software programs, such as Rhino, Grasshopper and/or Dynamo -Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications -Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university -As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills, you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables -1-5 years of commercial design experience – ideally for Workplace, Hospitality or Mixed Use projects -Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices -LEED AP is preferred
