The Role
Overview
Front‑desk receptionist handling calls, visitors, mail and office admin support.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Keep basic stock of office stationery and order additional items as required. -Answer inbound switchboard queries and direct to relevant departments. -Support office manager with external companies and individuals regarding office facilities, i.e., property landlord, managing agents, water, milk, cleaners, franking machine. -Management of car parking where applicable -General maintenance of the office, meeting rooms and kitchen area -Provide a professional reception coverage throughout the day, including post, couriers, telephone cover and access to the office. -Greet office visitors and record their presence on site. -Co-ordinate and distribute incoming/external mail.
