Tasks
The Talent Acquisition Executive at QCS will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for candidates whilst working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be someone who comes from a similar role with previous experience in recruiting into the Staffing Industry. Roles include, but are not limited to, Recruiters, Business Development Executives, Account Managers, as well as Managers to help with the continuous growth of QCS. -Ensure all data and candidates' records are up to date on our company’s CRM system, including obtaining recent CVs -Sourcing candidates on the company’s database, external job boards, and utilizing social media -Identify and understand issues to find effective solutions and make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation. -Managing the candidate onboarding process -Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas for our US entity -Coordinating and hosting internal interviews -Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the QCS brand, and gaining candidate commitment -Managing candidate pipeline -Maintaining accurate and timely management information -Performing head-hunting activities to identify and source candidates from the passive market -Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities

What You Bring
-Commitment to safety and ability to adhere to client-specific Personal Protection Equipment and site safety requirements. -Ability to successfully work in an in-office and hybrid environment. -High level of outbound call activity to source new candidates -Industry experience. Ideally within the staffing industry -Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects. -Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging candidates, and persuading potential candidates to consider new opportunities. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to remain effective and composed when under pressure or handling serious situations/conversations. -Ability to make significant impact/effective to ensure positive outcomes. -Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask to manage conflicting tasks and schedules. -Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement. -Thorough attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks -Ability to make clear and effective decisions quickly and confidently.
