  • Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
  • Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
  • Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
  • Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
  • Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to
  • Accountable for overall project performance of one major project (>$100M in value) or a portfolio of smaller projects

  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
  • Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in Heavy Civil Construction (roads, bridges, highways, earthworks, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
