Tasks

-Utilize analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports -Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement -Set individual sales targets and quotas for each Sales Representative, ensuring alignment with department goals -Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Sales Representatives -Implement sales strategies to align with company goals and drive revenue growth -Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives -Develop strategic partnerships with other construction and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals -Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and develop new business connections -Manage and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture

What You Bring

-Experience with B2C D2D selling -A high school diploma or equivalent is required -5+ years of experience in sales -Proven experience within a Sales leadership role within the construction or renovation industry -A bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred -2+ years in a leadership or management role
