Tasks

-Help troubleshoot common hardware and software issues (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook). -Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and team projects. -Develop communication and problem-solving skills in a technical environment. -Help maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware/software provisioning. -Assist with basic onsite and remote IT support tasks under supervision. -Document support activities and update internal knowledge bases. -Support mobile device setup and basic troubleshooting (Android & Apple). -Participate in IT workshops and user training sessions. -Interns will be mentored by the Regional End User Support team and may participate in cross-functional IT projects.

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing or very recently completed a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. -Basic understanding of computer systems and software applications. -Willingness to learn and take initiative. -Understand enterprise IT infrastructure and support workflows. -Good communication and teamwork skills. -Work towards a related IT certification, such as Comptia A+ or Google IT Support -This internship may involve occasional travel within the region. -Shadow experienced team members to learn about server, network, and telephony systems. -Fluency in English (oral and written); other languages are a plus.
