Tasks

-Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for steel-framed, tilt-wall, and masonry structures. -Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges. -Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building code requirements to ensure design compliance. -Conduct on-site construction observations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards. -Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial, industrial, and supply chain projects. -Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

What You Bring

-Registered Architect; LEED AP and/or NCARB certification preferred. -Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Master's or Bachelor's of Architecture -Project experience with industrial warehouses and distribution facilities is preferred. -7+ years of professional experience in architecture -Strong construction detailing, specifications, and building code knowledge. -Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
