What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Enrolled in community college courses, a college degree program, or formal continuing education program. -Strong sense of urgency in responding to constituents. -Highly motivated and problem-solving attitude. -Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. -Occasional pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds. -Mobility around a job/construction site to include walking, bending, crawling, climbing, squatting, or kneeling and wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). -Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. -High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience required. -Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. -Must be at least 18 years old. -Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners. -Strong work ethic with focus on quality results. -Must hold a valid state driver's license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check. -Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.
