Tasks
-Support internal process improvements and contribute to estimating standards and templates -Collaborate with Sales Directors, Project Managers, and Operations to align on project scope and delivery -Ensure all estimates are completed and submitted on time -Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC/mechanical scopes, including: -Maintain strong vendor/subcontractor relationships to support cost accuracy and availability -Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM tools to organize estimate data, proposals, and client records -Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive proposals -Solicit and manage vendor and subcontractor pricing for materials and labor

Apply today and grow with us. -Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical) -Willingness to travel as needed -Understanding of estimating software platforms or digital takeoff tools -Strong ethical standards and attention to detail -Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and engaging with clients, vendors, and subcontractors -Background in HVAC sales, mechanical construction, or design/build projects -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines -Experience with CRM systems is a plus -Proficient with Microsoft Excel; computer literacy required -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Exposure to both new construction and retrofit project estimating -Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
