What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED. -3+ years progressive experience in survey field operations with no less than 1 year as a survey crew chief -Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record. -Requires a lot of walking outside year-round through all kinds of terrain and in extreme heat and cold. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Multiple office locations to work from: Stick close to home or travel for a change of scenery. -Sound functional/technical skills in the role. -Good technical skills: behavioral traits of process oriented, steady, helpful, analytical, problem solver, likes work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail oriented, precise, hates mistakes, likes structure. -Proficiency with survey equipment (total stations, data collectors and GPS equipment).
