Overview

Coordinate travel requests, bookings, and reporting for project contractors

Key Responsibilities

• workflow submission
• reschedule management

• daily reporting

Tasks

-Once approved, submitting the request in workflow system -Managing reschedules & cancellations -Submit travel request to General Manager and Head of for Approval -Once travel approved, emailing confirmed flight & accommodation to contractor -Monitoring & following up on requests in Workflow -Reporting to Site Manager daily (Incoming, outgoing, day shift, night shift). -Ensuring accommodation bookings are made well in advanced for accommodation constraint periods

What You Bring

-Good communication skills will all levels of the business organisation -The ability to ‘flex’ within the wider major project team environment -Microsoft Office suite experience - Including strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaborative in a team environment; and -The ability to ‘get things done’ with a keen eye for attention to detail
