What You Bring

-Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License required. -Bachelor’s Degree Required -Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expertlevel. -Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). -5+ years of directly related or closely related experience required -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI etc.) at an expert level. -Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. -Time management and time critical prioritization skills. -Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. -7+ years of Management and/or Supervisory experience required
