Overview

Assist in architectural design, BIM modeling, and construction administration.

Tasks

-Produce conceptual renderings for project and presentation purposes. -Assist in preparation of project specifications. -Assist in preparing architectural working drawings and related project documents. -Coordinate construction administration activities such as the review of shop drawings, response to requests for information, and running construction meetings. -Assist in preparing concept designs for active projects and proposals.

What You Bring

-0-3 years minimum experience in an architectural office setting is required. -Candidate must be dynamic, creative and detail oriented. -Bachelor of Arts/Science in Architecture is required. B.Arch or Master of Architecture degree is preferred. -Strong graphic skills and experience with 3D Modeling software such as Sketch-Up Pro, Rihno or similar is desired. -Knowledge of the following building types is desired: transit, transportation, government (federal, state, local) -Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu is required. -High proficiency in REVIT Building Information Modeling Architecture with experience in both design and construction documentation is required. -Candidate must have a working knowledge of current International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and knowledge of related standards such as ANSI, ASTM, ASHRAE etc. -Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint software is required. -Candidate must be able to work effectively in team situations and establish strong relationships with other teams where overlap of client project work exists. -Experience with 3D Rendering software such as Lumion 3D, Enscape or similar is desired.
