Tasks

-Drive internal and external coordination across owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. -Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are upheld at all times. -Lead full project lifecycle execution for major high-rise builds (planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management). -Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams. -Manage risk, change orders, and contract administration. -Oversee project schedules, financial reporting, and progress tracking to maintain cost and timeline compliance.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale high-rise commercial and mixed-use projects in the Charleston market. This individual will oversee all phases of construction—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Strong communication, client-facing, and leadership skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. -Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year builds and large subcontractor teams. -6–10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong track record managing ground-up high-rise projects.
