Previous internship experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and/or strong leadership experience is preferred
Experience or interest working with GIS systems

Proficiency in computer coding for data analysis with R
Ability to translate technical topics into materials for non-technical audiences
Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Biology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Policy, Geography, History, Communications, or related field
Strong experience with Excel and proficient in other MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Excellent research and communication skills are mandatory
Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and perform across multiple work assignments
Ability to work independently, as part of the team, and cross-collaboratively with other groups
Ability to draw insights from data analysis
