Tasks

-Subcontract payment processing. -Subcontractor joint check documentation, correspondence, and processing. -Change management document distribution and tracking. -Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs. -Subcontract/Purchase order distribution and tracking. -Accounting closeout processes.

What You Bring

-Closeout documentation. -High school diploma or GED completed and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related majors preferred. The ideal candidate will be within 2 years, or less, of graduation/successful completion of their degree. -Project accounting and financial analysis. -Typically working 20+ hours per week during the school year and 40+ hours per week during the summer (exact schedule TBD based on project and team needs).
