-Responding to and managing critical incidents and emergency situations -Supervising and mentoring technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors -Assisting in the management and coordination of critical environment facility operations and maintenance activities -Monitoring and analyzing critical systems performance, including power, cooling, and network infrastructure -Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements -Participating in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrade projects -Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

What You Bring

-Knowledge of project management methodologies -Professional Engineer (PE) license -Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations and management -Proficiency in using facility management software and building automation systems -Familiarity with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, TIA, Uptime Institute) -Multi-site data center management experience -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills -Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture -Strong leadership and team management abilities -Experience with energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable data center practices -Valid certification in at least one relevant area (e.g., CDCP, DCPRO, or equivalent)
