Assist risk team with insurance cost analysis and reporting.

Tasks

-Support the maintenance and organization of files, documents, and records. -Assist with verification of insurance premiums and other insurance costs, allocates costs as required to Operating Units’ and accounts for premiums and costs. -Generates reports and verifies data integrity of the Risk Management Information Systems. -Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development. -Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. -Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities. -Contributes to continued improvement of risk management policies and processes. -Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the Risk department. -Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.

-Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability -Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources -Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree. -Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude -Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while ensuring the completion of assigned tasks. -Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software -Basic oral and written communication skills
