-Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. -Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth. -Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams. -Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and service. -Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality, and optimized response times. -Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and coordination skills. -Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce certifications are preferred. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Experience in client-facing roles or consulting. -Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture. -Knowledge of sales processes such as Order Management & Billing in Salesforce is a plus.
