Tasks

-Mentor and support junior personnel, contributing to their professional development. -Identify technical issues, develop practical solutions, and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity. -Stay current with industry developments and apply relevant innovations to improve engineering outcomes. -Support quality assurance processes and verify engineering deliverables meet required standards. -Ensure project scope is clearly defined and manage changes in accordance with project change control processes. -Manage electrical engineering services and project requirements to meet customer, Worley, and regulatory standards—on time and within budget. -Participate in progress meetings, prepare reports, and follow required checking and documentation procedures. -Lead engineering activities across all phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. -Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other disciplines to ensure coordination and resolve issues. -Provide technical leadership on specific projects and, if applicable, supervise team members and assign tasks.
