Tasks
-Coordinate and track all incoming marketing project requests, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and prioritization. -Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing managers, designers, writers, and production partners. -Implement consistent file naming, metadata, and versioning standards. -Support the development and maintenance of an asset management policy and best practices guide. -Teams can easily locate current and archived creative assets. -Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across creative, digital, and content teams. -Ensure adherence to brand and production standards across creative deliverables. -Serve as a key point of contact for project status, communicating updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. -Archive completed projects and assets in an accessible, searchable format. -Facilitate weekly status meetings and maintain visibility of all active and upcoming projects. -Support documentation of creative processes, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Maintain the organization and integrity of the marketing digital asset library (e.g., OneDrive, folders, DAM, or shared drive). -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for traffic management and archival systems. -Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency. -Coordinate with creative and digital teams to ensure all final files (artwork, photography, video, etc.) are properly stored and catalogued.

What You Bring
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field preferred. -Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. -Experience: 3–5 years in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or creative operations. -Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) tools and creative workflow systems (e.g., Azure, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner). -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment. -Understanding of creative production processes for print, digital, and multimedia assets.
