Tasks

-Reconcile Cash Activity -Assist Accounting department in ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures and resolving accounting related issues -Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities -Prepare Journal Entries, Wires and Treasury Portal Models -Bank Reconciliations -Assist in the monthly preparation of reporting including, but not limited to: -Load and validate Property level operator financials

What You Bring

-Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word -Flexible multi-tasker, who can remain highly organized and detail-focused -Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026 -Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills -Minimum GPA of 3.2 -Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance -Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
