-Intellectual curiosity and a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Familiarity with Deltek, Float, and Power Bi a plus -Travel Requirement – Occasional travel to trade shows or department summits with annual travel requirement of up to 10% of the year -Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times. -Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Bachelor’s degree in business, training and development, architecture or engineering preferred -2 years' experience in engineering or project management a plus -Experience working in the engineering services and/or manufacturing industry, and food and beverage experience is a plus. -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong problem solving, organizing, and time management skills
