Overview
Manage commercial solar EPC projects from planning to completion

Tasks
-Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. -Serve as the primary liaison for respective region to Business Development Manager, Project Engineer, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and Management regarding all project-related items. -Provide a monthly forecast of Revenue/COGS, based on project schedule -On-site supervision as required -Review and approve budgets before proposals are delivered to clients -Confer with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority -Coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies -Prepare project status reports for management, client, or others. Regularly meeting with clients and relevant stakeholders -Assist/complete designs of solar PV systems, if the candidate possesses electrical engineering background -Draft, review, and deliver AIA Contracts to sub-contractors -Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel -Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

What You Bring
-Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings -PMP or like certifications preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public -Able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, and a penchant for high quality -Experience with ERP (Sage) systems desired -Proven problem-solving record desired -Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment -Electrical Engineering experience preferred -Up to 25% travel required -Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations -Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching -Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form -NABCEP certification preferred -Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and/or Smartsheets -Confidence in working with high-voltage AC & DC circuitry -Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems -Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or three+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays -Must have superior customer service skills (i.e., excellent written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and a service leadership philosophy) -Must possess a strong work ethic and a high level of self-accountability -Must be willing to work on ladders and man-lifts -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time -Solar PV system maintenance or design experience is a plus
