Deliver concierge services, resident assistance, and manage community amenities at The Olivian.

Tasks
-Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors. -Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs. -Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning. -Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary. -Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member. -Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community. -Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs. -Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member -Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival -Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member. -Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.

What You Bring
-Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. -Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software -Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet). -Excellent customer service and someone who can interact with a diverse group of people -Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests -Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. -Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays. -Professional in dress & communication skills -Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. -Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
