Tasks

-Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed, including light repairs and upkeep.. -Deliver resident notices in a timely and professional manner. -Maintain community cleanliness by daily picking up trash and debris throughout the property / dumpster area -Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards. -Sweep and blow breezeways, sidewalks, and other common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. -Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies. -Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience. -Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle. -Operate and lift equipment up to 50 lb. Able to use / operate a pressure washer for power washing designated areas.
