The Role

Overview

Lead tech installing & managing nurse call, security & fire safety systems in hospitals.

Tasks

-Responsible for all project documentation; enters a daily summary into company CRM regarding the status of the project installation. Will provide all final project documents timely for project close outs. -Drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day -Responsible for ensuring all project materials and equipment are prepped and read to be used during the project installation. -Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50+ pounds daily -Work is performed in hospitals and other medical facilities with patient contact -Lead crew on site to ensure the successful installation of project components -Is the primary contact for the customer while on site; communicates daily with the Foreman and/or Project Manager regarding job status. -Interpret drawings and identify best methods of project completion -Adheres to all workplace safety expectations, regulations, standards and practices -Provides system troubleshooting and makes timely corrective actions to keep project moving forward.

What You Bring

-Must be able to get required vaccinations and immunizations needed to work in client healthcare facilities. -3+ years installing low voltage in the Healthcare environment -Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak -Schedule may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed). -2+ years in a leadership role (4+ years in leadership-preferred) -Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers -You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations. Confined spaces may occasionally be required -5+ years in Construction and/or low voltage installation -High school diploma (or equivalent) -Possess knowledge of security, nurse call and fire life safety systems, including but not limited to EST3, Lenel, and Ascom -Punctuality and regular attendance -Valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
