Tasks
-Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. -Coordinates requirements for new and existing applications. Assists in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation (i.e. web manuals, reference guides, etc.). Participates in QA process; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans. -Develops detailed business case, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analysis -Conducts root cause analysis using knowledge of applications, interfaces, and technology for defect resolution in a module or subject area. -May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority. -Coordinates relationship and communication with the client and prioritizes the delivery of IT services. -Analyzes current state and emerging technology/application functionality and business needs proactively to add value. -Interfaces with Business Stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams to define, gather, and document business processes and needs, and translate into detailed functional specifications for development. Performs business systems and process analysis of existing and future systems/processes. Conducts interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensures sign-off of all artifacts. -Works with the project team to manage project scope and timeline, from conception to implementation. Manages project tasks and project life cycle phases (i.e. defining requirements, documentation, process flows and specifications, etc.) to meet customer goals and requirements. May act as a Project Manager on approved projects, defining scope, project schedules, and implementing solutions per IT tollgate processes.

What You Bring
-Track record of building solid and effective working relationships and trust of IT leaders. -Experience with Coupa Spend Management System - REQUIRED -Experience in a distributed team environment preferred. -Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines preferred - REQUIRED -Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. -7+ years proven experience implementing solutions spanning finance domain including processes, applications, data, and technology - REQUIRED. -Understanding of system interfaces and documenting requirements to transfer data between systems - REQUIRED -Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas. -Database experience (SQL, Oracle) - REQUIRED. -7+ years of Oracle Applications Financial Module - REQUIRED -7+ years proven experience as an IT Lead in the finance domain or in a similar role - REQUIRED. -Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. -Experience with Jira or ServiceNow - REQUIRED -Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. -7+ years of experience implementing OIC and file-based integrations with Oracle - REQUIRED. -Strong knowledge of working with integrated applications - REQUIRED.
