Tasks

-Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success. -Developing cost estimates and managing project budgets. -Designing project components using Civil 3D and other industry-standard tools. -Preparing technical specifications and construction documents. -Leading and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff. -Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world challenges.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). -Active P.E. license in Virginia, and/or one or more states in which Timmons Group conducts business (or ability to obtain). -Strong client relationship and business development skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously. -6–10 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development. -Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
