Tasks
This role is focused on appointment setting, securing quality meetings that convert into revenue opportunities, while owning the research, personalisation, and signal intelligence layer that fuels ArchiPro’s commercial growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for architects, designers, and brands discovering ArchiPro. Your role is to generate and qualify leads, book high-quality meetings for the Strategic Partnerships team, and build awareness of the ArchiPro platform across the U.S. market. Through our tech stack , you’ll deliver our outbound activity into a predictable, insight-driven engine that converts curiosity into connection. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for driving ArchiPro’s new client acquisition through intelligent, data-driven outbound activity. You will leverage tools like Clay, HubSpot, and AI-powered enrichment workflows to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects across architecture, design, and construction. -Book qualified meetings for the Strategic Partnerships Lead and GM. -Maintain a consistent outbound rhythm via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event outreach. -Follow structured outreach cadences and continuously optimise based on results. -Identify and research target architecture and design firms across key U.S. markets. -Maintain 5× pipeline coverage across all active outreach activities. -Qualify leads against ArchiPro’s ideal client profile and document insights in CRM. -Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and participate in weekly pipeline reviews. -Capture prospect feedback and share insights on market sentiment, competition, and opportunity gaps. -Meet and exceed weekly activity KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked) -Leverage available content, data, and success stories to engage meaningfully with prospects.

What You Bring
-Conversion rate from lead to meeting: ≥80% -Confident in conducting outreach with senior architects, designers, and business owners -5+ years’ experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound role (preferably SaaS, media, or design industry) -Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment -CRM hygiene and data accuracy: 100% compliance -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate, persuasive, and personable -A genuine passion for architecture, design, and how technology is transforming the built environment -Craft tailored, thoughtful messaging that speaks to the values and challenges of each prospect.
