Contribute to the co-ordination, support and day to day running of the GD Service Business Team. In the event of a breakdown, test the equipment/system and carryout fault finding and repairs.
Submit timesheets daily of hours worked, work conducted, location and the job number
Provide after hours call out assistance and call back availability when rostered on duty.
Participate and conduct safety audits for assigned areas
Install, repair and maintain the range of Compressors
Achieve weekly and monthly productivity targets.
Pass sales leads onto sales staff.
Conduct the risk assessment and ensure the working environment is safe at all times and activities conducted are safe and don't harm self or other employees or customer employees
Ensure that sites where servicing is performed are left clean and tidy
Train, Support, coach and Mentor new and existing collegues
Ensure company owned equipment & premises are kept in a clean, presentable and serviceable condition
Eliminate risks in the working environment by conducting housekeeping, and working with the Customer’s line manager to eliminate or at least mitigate the hazards before commencing work
Maintain Safety compliance with the relevant legislation and regulations
Conduct overnight field trips to service breakdowns, maintenance and customer support
Complete all documentation and administrative requirements.
Promote and support the reporting of incidents such as near miss, accident or equipment damage using the reporting system
Promote and sign up medium to long-term customers under the Air Cover preventative maintenance plans
Provide Customer support (internal and external) for the assigned equipment
Submit all the risk assessments and Job safety analysis within 48 hours of being completed
Carry out technical preventative maintenance and general service work.
