HVAC Operations Manager

Overview

Oversee HVAC service operations, staff, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

-Responsible for full financial for operations -Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group -Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution -Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations -Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team -Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly -Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team -Evaluate and perform annual reviews -Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients -Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized -Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities -Develop training plan for service support team

What You Bring

-Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication -Experience with management and conflict resolution -Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy -Have an HVAC/R Technical Background -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral -7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company -Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines -Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
