Tasks

-Suggest improvements to customer design and manufacturing processes in the electrical control systems market -Build and deliver software solution training and professional services (online and in-person) for customer implementations -Drive customer success with excellent customer interactions and experience -Supervise progress on customer cases raised to vendors and 3rd party providers -Author blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to educate users and provide self-help -Address customer issues over the phone, email, chat, and in person -Build new solution definitions to meet customer challenges using electrical design and manufacturing applications

What You Bring

-Respectful and team oriented -Ability to travel 25% of the time on average with up to 50% -Innovative & adaptable -Understand the challenges faced by prospects, customers, and the industry in relation to electrical CAD driven software applications -Fluent in English and Spanish with a strong ability to hold technical (engineering) conversation -5+ years of related experience required; working with Electrical design tools in the Enclosure and automation design space is preferred -Proven experience in programming (.net platform/ Vbscript/ python) or project management preferredFamiliarity with general information technology controls -Experience with post-sales implementation and support, and applications engineering -Experience working with standard relational databases like MS SQL, Oracle, sqlite preferred -Experience documenting requirements and proposing solutions with a preference in the electrical or automation space, with any Electrical CAD software. Examples include AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3.series, SEE Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical. -Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or equivalent -Experience delivering technical support, training, field support, or applications engineering support for software applications. Implementation experience is highly preferred
