Tasks

-Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites -Providing instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities -Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleagues -Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives -Managing projects to completion and communicating updates to internal and external customers

What You Bring

-Be able to work in a variety of environments including on-shore facilities and customer locations -High School Diploma required. 8-10 years' experience. -Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers -Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling -Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo product line training -Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues -Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment
