  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
  • Working on city-shaping projects alongside the best in the industry, and across all sectors.
  • Provide high-quality planning analysis and advice informed by current government policies, regional and local priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in the fields of economics, urban design, transport, infrastructure advisory, community planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of statutory land use land use planning projects, including development applications, land use studies, compliance assessments, highest and best use analysis, due diligence, precinct plans, and supporting technical inputs.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations and public-facing documents that communicate complex planning concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Proficient appreciation and understanding of statutory policies, processes and influences.
  • Ideally minimum 1 - 2 years' experience within an Urban Planning firm based environment.
  • Proficient appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory planning, and related legislation, ideally gained in a consultancy or local/State government environment.
  • Regular and consistent feedback program as well as annual reviews.
  • Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline.
