Tasks

-Arrange utilities and ensure smooth property operations -Liaise with agents and progress new lettings -Attend networking and client events when needed -Inspect and report on vacant properties -Prepare new properties for rental - from furnishings to compliance and snagging -Manage contractors and oversee small refurbishments or maintenance projects -Support with landlord tax matters and general administration -Keep an eye on communal area, gardens & report any necessary findings -Handle day-to-day property management and tenant queries
