Tasks

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, surveyors, and other consultants, to deliver integrated solutions. -Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic advice to drive project success. -Market Analysis: Utilize data from Cushman & Wakefield’s global network and industry trends to generate informed cost benchmarking. -Project Leadership: Oversee cost consultancy services for various projects, including new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. -Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the cost consultancy team. -Financial Management: Provide accurate cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial health throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 3 years' experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy within a consultancy environment. -Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. -Proven track record in pre- and post-contract cost management services. -MRICS qualification. -Demonstrable technical competence and knowledge of the real estate industry. -Experience acting as Employer's Agent or in a Project Management capacity is advantageous. -Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills -Strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
