Assist manager with staff scheduling, floor presence, inventory, PO and compliance.

Tasks

-Issue POs once vendor quotes are approved. -Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve in-the-moment issues or questions. -Coordinate with team members regarding availability and shift changes. -Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting staff and engaging with customers. -Organize and stock products in backroom and sales areas. -Assist with training, store opening/closing, and ensure strict adherence to SLGA compliance and ID verification protocols by all team members. -Help identify and report stock discrepancies or issues. -Maintain store standards and assist with compliance and safety protocols. -Receive and verify incoming stock against purchase orders. -Prepare and adjust weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. -Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. -Support Inventory Manager with regular stock counts and reconciliations.
