Tasks

-Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.

What You Bring

-Able to work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. -Computer proficiency -Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners. -Able to distinguish between colors used to identify wiring and mark underground utilities. -Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities. Experience with cable and telecommunications is a must. -No final written warnings within the last 12 months -Driving score of 70 or above (per Samsara app) -Minimum of 6 months tenure with USIC -Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. -Able to read, understand, and reference locate tickets, as well as maps and prints. -Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record -Satisfactory attendance record -Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. -Quality score of 7 or above

Benefits

-This relocation package is contingent on signing a relocation agreement, which outlines eligibility and terms. Move must be completed by March 31, 2026.
