The Role

Overview

Lead planning, execution and delivery of vertical transportation packages on major projects.

Tasks

-Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement -Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability throughout delivery -Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project directives -Act as a senior contact for clients and stakeholders -Support the Project Director in managing key relationships and communications -Drive package programme alignment with overall project strategy and budget -Monitor progress and proactively address programme risks -Represent Multiplex in meetings and industry forums -Inspect subcontractor work for technical and quality compliance -Manage budgets, forecasts, and contract negotiations -Communicate effectively across consultants, authorities, and site teams -Contribute to value management and design optimisation -Collaborate with the wider VT team, reporting to the Head of Vertical Transportation -Lead planning, execution, and handover of vertical transportation packages -Deliver accurate reporting and uphold quality assurance standards -Coordinate design changes and integration with commercial teams

What You Bring

-Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills -Degree or relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or project management -Experience of delivering within logistically challenging (ie: city) environments -Proven ability to create strong relationships within the industry incl. clients, sub-contractors, designers and third parties. -Extensive experience in vertical transporation package management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Aconex, Primavera, MS Project) -Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement strategies -In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations
