Tasks

-Assemble, install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems within HVAC units. -Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work order specifications to determine layout for water supply networks, waste, and drainage systems. -Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company safety policies. -Perform precise measurements, cutting, bending, and threading of copper or PVC pipes using hand and power tools (e.g., reamers, copper pipe cutter, pipe thread machine). -Measure and mark guidelines for proper HVAC unit parts installation. -Test plumbing systems for leaks using air and water pressure gauges. -Join and secure pipes, couplings, and fittings using cement, soldering, and brazing techniques. -Ensure safety and quality measures are followed throughout all tasks. -Collaborate with the lead hand to meet standard operating procedures and production timelines.
