  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for preventive maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repair records.
  • Conduct repairs on high-voltage systems (480V, 220V, 120V) and low-voltage circuits, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • Uphold rigorous adherence to all safety standards and protocols, actively participating in safety training.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of replacement parts and tools to ensure prompt repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and enhancements.
  • Ensure the effective operation of plant machinery by executing preventive maintenance tasks, including adjustments on motors, conveyors, control systems, and various production machines.
  • Follow established written specifications, procedures, and drawings to execute tasks effectively.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff, fostering skill development.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of problems through observation and systematic analysis.
  • Program, set up, and fine-tune CNC machine control systems and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).

  • Experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG) is a plus.
  • Experience with documentation processes for maintenance procedures and product equipment.
  • This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and various control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance mechanics, focusing on CNC machinery.
  • A minimum of (5) years of relevant industrial experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical skills and dexterity.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies related to PLC and electrical systems.
  • Certification in CNC machine maintenance or programming.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 advancements and data-driven maintenance approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
