Senior maintenance tech for aerospace plant, CNC, electrical, hydraulic maintenance.

Tasks

-Maintain comprehensive documentation for preventive maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repair records. -Conduct repairs on high-voltage systems (480V, 220V, 120V) and low-voltage circuits, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic components. -Uphold rigorous adherence to all safety standards and protocols, actively participating in safety training. -Maintain an organized inventory of replacement parts and tools to ensure prompt repairs. -Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and enhancements. -Ensure the effective operation of plant machinery by executing preventive maintenance tasks, including adjustments on motors, conveyors, control systems, and various production machines. -Follow established written specifications, procedures, and drawings to execute tasks effectively. -Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff, fostering skill development. -Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of problems through observation and systematic analysis. -Program, set up, and fine-tune CNC machine control systems and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).

What You Bring

-Experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG) is a plus. -Experience with documentation processes for maintenance procedures and product equipment. -This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree. -Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and tools. -Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and various control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.). -A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance mechanics, focusing on CNC machinery. -A minimum of (5) years of relevant industrial experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. -Strong mechanical skills and dexterity. -Familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies related to PLC and electrical systems. -Certification in CNC machine maintenance or programming. -Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and specifications. -Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities. -Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. -Proven ability to interpret complex diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications. -Knowledge of Industry 4.0 advancements and data-driven maintenance approaches. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
