Tasks

-Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to commercialization, ensuring agreement on market trends and customer requirements. -Analyze customer feedback, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and uncover unmet needs. -Build deep customer relationships at all levels to strengthen loyalty and uncover growth opportunities. -Deliver account growth targets, including revenue and profitability, across our customers. -Work with supply chain, manufacturing, technical, and product management teams to deliver seamless customer support. -Lead central negotiations and pricing discussions, applying solution selling tailored to customer needs. -Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline. -Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase both retention and expansion, applying the full PPG product portfolio. -Collaborate with regional Market Managers and Global Segment Leaders to align strategies and maximize impact.

What You Bring

-2–5 years of Sales Management experience, in coatings or related industries. -Commercial skills with a focus on value-based selling. -Technical skills or interest in solution-based sales. -Negotiation and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. -5+ years of experience in both account growth and new business acquisition.
